1.GIRLS DORMITORY:
In June 2004 we broke ground at the building site and started work on the girls dormitory,God blessed us and currently fully operational 36 girls are boarding. the girls love it so much under the care of the volunteering mothers.

HOW YOU CAN HELP:
There is a big need to support the finalizing the housing needs, there is need to give extra support for thegirls education and equip the whole girls house.

2. BASIC PROVISIONS FOR THE FULL BOARDERS (20 GIRLS) (initiated 2008):
We are housing 36 girls on full board at the center. We are looking for support of Basic needs for all the girls (clothing’s, basic supplies, school supplies, food, shoes, toys, and medical support e.t.c) are welcomed.

HOW YOU CAN HELP:
To give the children a comfortable stay at the center for a month costs $800 for the 36 girls. whatever you donate will support our effort.

3. WASH ROOMS FOR THE CENTER:
We are planning to build both girls and boy’s bathrooms for the children not the shower in the latrines. It is not very safe for the children to take a bath in open latrines. This way, we will solve the issue of loosing soap and bathing towels dropping in the latrines and the fear of a child getting hurt.

HOW YOU CAN HELP: The cost of putting up the 2 units would be $615. Any small donation towards this will be appreciated.

4. LIBRARY:
We have a small library within the center that is a resource center for the community and also for the children. We would love to up-grade the center and have more stories books and novels as well as all kinds of learning materials that can help the community learn more about the world beyond the.

HOW YOU CAN HELP:
Purchase a book for the library for as less as $5.
For the people volunteering with our program, you can bring some old books and novels to support our library.

5. COW SHED:
We are working to set up a small animal firm for cows and poultry, this will help us substitute our feeding program. We hope this program works out by April and we are trying to get 4 cows and 120 chickens.

HOW YOU CAN HELP:
To buy a cow cost $900, to purchase a chick costs $3 and to construct the two units costs $900. We hope your kind donation will help provide more for the children of Dago community.

6: WASHROOMS:
We are working to set up bathrooms at the center. This is something we came to realize about when the children moved to the center and the have to bath in the latrines. It is also scary since we loose alot of bathing soaps and not safer for the small children.

HOW YOU CAN HELP:
The whole cost of setting up the bathrooms is $600. This will give us enough for the children. We hope to have this done soonest. You contribution is highly appreciated.

7: WATER SYSTEM:
We have the water tanks set at the center and we greatful for this, but the water needs are increasing and with having the animals in the center, we will need more water supply. We hope to get some funding to help us set a deep water well and buy a water pump or have a pumping system so we have enough for the center.

HOW YOU CAN HELP:
Donate towards our effort to have a permanent water system for the center. Any connection to water funding organization will also be appreciated.
